If defective on arrival → replacement available within 7 days.

Straps are free accessories (no warranty; wear over time is expected).

⚠️ Wear and Tear Policy

Straps are designed for moderate use but may show wear or unravel over time — this is not covered by warranty.
You can replace them anytime with similar ones without affecting tracker performance.
Color of straps is random (black or white) and cannot be selected during purchase.

All shipments are sent via Priority Mail.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms:

• No cancellations or refunds.

• Buying with an incorrect card is not a valid reason for cancellation.

• Address corrections can only be made within the first hour after purchase; once the shipping label is printed, no changes can be made.

• Even if the buyer reports an emergency or financial issue, refunds are not possible. Our system automatically generates shipping labels immediately after purchase to ensure same-day dispatch.

• Buyer is responsible for providing the correct address and being available to receive delivery.

• Misconfiguration or weak Wi-Fi setup by the user is not covered under warranty.

• All trackers are tested before shipping; defective units may be replaced within 30 days (no refunds).

• Inventory is limited, and every unit is hand-assembled, so please understand that our time and labor are non-refundable.

If a chargeback is opened by the buyer’s bank, we will submit all evidence — including tracking data, Discord support logs, and purchase communications — to eBay for final resolution.
We take support seriously and always help our customers troubleshoot or configure their devices. Please contact us on Discord and open a ticket for assistance within 24 hours.
